My Question or Issue

I connected my Arctis 3 Bluetooth.
It was possible to have high volume from 2-100 on my computer, but now there is only mute at 0 and from 2-100 is the same level of volume.
It seems like something is looking after my ears, but I do not want it. If I end up deaf, then that happens.
