Web Browser wont play music....nor the app on pc....

Device: Windows 9 and web Browser

My Question or Issue

Well, web Browser and app on Pc wont play music since a couple of days. Not my account or any other account. You cannot click anything, nothing happens, the player keeps grey. No soundspeaker next to the song.
Did all suggested solutions, proposed from the community.
- Firefox and Chrome are up to date and DNS is activated
- installated and deinstallated everything several times!
- cleaned web host
- restarted router, used other router etc....
- incognito wont work either- yeah backround was purple, I was in incognito modus....

It's possible that the issue is coming from your audio device. Could you check if the correct output device is set for Spotify? You'll find a detailed guide on how to do that here. Make sure also that the sample rate is set to anywhere between 44.1 kHz and 192 kHz.
