Weird issue I've been having

Recently I've been having a strange issue. First of all spotify is saying it's offline even though my computer is clearly conected to the internet, and it can still play songs from my non-downloaded playlists but those playlists are not updated with new songs I've added. The search function also acts like I'm offline.

Closed and Re-opened, nothing

Restarted my computer, nada

Re-downloaded the app, zip

Logged out and logged back in, no dice

I'm serously running out of options, I've gone to other threads and nothing seems to be working and I don't know what to do at this point.

I tried that advanced unistalation thing but it only seemed to make the problem worse now I can't log in to spotify at all, it says their is a firewall when their isn't and it just generaly not working.
