What/Who is using my account?

Trying to enjoy music and every song I play cuts off after a few seconds with the world's most unhelpful message: "Your account is being used elsewhere."

It's 2018 and Spotify can't even hint where the account is being used.

I could change the password but I doubt that'd make a difference since most apps using Spotify use tokens, rather than passwords. My password is 100% unique, using a password manager.

Yes - I have signed out of all sessions. The only app that *should* be logged in right now is my desktop.

Someone at spotify tell me who/what is using my account, so I can go shove a cassette up where the sun don't shine.
