When I lower the Volume, it will slowly go up

My Question or Issue

When I lower the volume (to about like 5-10%) it will slowly go back up to full volume (Without the volume slider in the Spotify app moving). I've been dealing with it for a while and its getting really annoying

First thing you can try is running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your PC. This will get you the latest app version with all necessary updates. Check out this help article for more info. 

If you see no difference after the clean reinstall, check your hosts file for entries that need to be removed. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that.
