HP laptop early 2013
My Question or Issue
When I try to play songs from my playlist, the songs do not how up, making the playlist empty. And playing songs individually doesn't work either, not loading. Can this be solved?

As a first step you can try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your laptop to make sure no old cache files are causing this issue.
It'd also be helpful if you let us know if this occurs on one specific device or across multiple devices. This will indicate if the issue is device-related.
