Where are the language files located?

Hey guys!

So recently, Spotify started to use the annoying gender *. 

I want to edit my language files to get rid of it, but I do not know how.

Can anyone direct me to the appropriate directory to fix this? I found some language files in %APPDATA% but I didn't find what I was looking for.
