Thanks for posting your question here in the Community and welcome. 

Would you mind letting us know what list of songs (e.g. a playlist or an album) you're trying to sort by 'recently added' on your Windows10? 

In our experience, it should be possible to sort in this way by clicking on the 'calendar-looking' icon (sort by 'recently added') at the top of the page when you open a playlist.
