Why can't I find Fawry Payment in Purchase Page?

I am unable to find (Fawry) payment method in the URL:
https://www.spotify.com/eg-en/purchase
Although it's shown in the previous page:
https://www.spotify.com/eg-en/premium/
Fawry is an Egyptian Payment Soultion and apparently it has Spotify Integeration

I paid twice from fawry service  it took the money and the plan didnt apply i got the recipts and everything
