Why do Spotify recommend me Finish songs when i live in Sweden??

The spotify mathcing system are adding tons of Finish songs to my matching discover section. Around 40% of all my songs "recomended" by Spotify are some odd finish songs. And i dont even know the Finish language, nor do i live there (i live in Sweden). This is starting to get really annoying! 

How do i tell spotify to stop adding finish songs to my matching lists???

And the "release rader" is even worse. Im getting more Finish songs there than im getting English songs. 

Oh btw, i have never added any "Finish" songs to my playlist, so i have no idea why Spotify is recomending me these kind of songs.
