Why does Spotify suck so much with loading and start-up times?

My Question or Issue

On all my devices Spotify is loading slow, sometimes it takes minutes to be able to start searching or even playing an album that is download on my Phone. On my laptop it always takes a long time to load too. It has been this way for a while, but it get worse and worse. Friends of mine experience the same problems. What is going on? Because I'm almost at the point I'll go and find another solution besides Spotify.
