My Question or Issue

Everything just doesnt work. I can't search up anything I can't play anything. All official spotify created playlist are just empty.can someone plz help me. I already tried reinstalling and logging out and logging back in

In this case we'd suggest you check the hosts file with these steps. If the issue persists, it's also a good idea to try running the app as an administrator.

We'd suggest you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

 

If the issue persists, you can try on another device. That way we can check if it's a device-related issue.

 

You can also send us screenshot of a playlist that appears empty. We'll investigate this further.

Hi,

It didnt work. This issue is only on my pc, spotify works fine on my phone. Its also all the playlist that are gone. All playlist that i search up look like the screen shot in this message.
