It's a good idea to open another browser and then to try again changing the country.
In case nothing changes, we'd suggest you try with another network. Does that make a difference?

Thanks for getting back to us.
In this case, we suggest that you turn off any VPN if in use.
Also, keep in mind that if you created your account with Facebook or Apple, you also need to change your country or region settings with those services.
Lastly, could you try again on a different device to check if that makes any difference?

Thanks for reaching out.
If you notice that the country selection on your account page is incorrect, this may be due to the internet provider (ISP) reporting incorrect location data, so it's best to reach out to them for further help or simply trying again using a different connection by a different provider.

I have exactly the same problem, I'm in Madagascar, all my spotify app don't work (pc app, android app...) because my country setting is stucked in "Italy" or "France". I can't find any solution for this until now. Please help.
