Why wont my Podcast (Podbean) upload to spotify? I keep getting the same message? PLEASE HELP

Trying desperately to upload our Podcast to Spotify "The Litty T*tty Committee"

No matter what I seem to do I can't amend this issue...

I've tried many times. The response however, is so vague?

Can someone please assist us to upload our podcast to where it absolutely belongs, SPOTIFY! Soo many thanks...

Error message is as follows...

It doesn't work anymore, there is no way to connect podbean to SPotify.

Still having this issue in 2023. None of the help pages (from Spotify or Podbean) resolved the problem.
