Windows 10 Pro/Bootcamp - Spotify never plays and displays 5 songs per second on the bottom

My Question or Issue

Never plays any song. I see track/song icons cycle at around 5 songs per seconds on the bottom of the play bar! In addition, I get a sorry can't play this song right now Try again later. Installed/uninstalled standalone, and Windows store version, and I'm so very very sick and tired of this! Doesn't happen running in the Mac OS, only under windows 10 Pro! Why is this? Thank you. IN addition appdata for spotify does not exist. I've uninstalled and installed over 3  times. Have high end connection and high end computer. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please check your Windows hosts file for any entries containing Spotify (a guide on how to do this can be found here) and make sure your audio drivers are up-to-date?
