Windows 7 Spotify April 18th 2019 No Response

Over a dozen users in three seperate locations using seperate accounts - none of us can open or uninstall Spotify. Have deleted all files as won't uninstall and re-installed but no change.

Spinny circle for 2 seconds then nothing.

Using the web player at the moment but unbelievably frustrating.

Looked up verious fixes online but none address the issue of removal and reinstallation fully.

Woudl have thought an organisation this size wouldn't want multiple users unable to access.
