Windows APP Broken? No longer able to update playlist images or profile images since last update.

I'm no longer able to choose the playlist artwork or update my profile picture on the Desktop app. I can't do it on mobile or web page either.

I found thousands of comments from others over the last 2 weeks on Youtube saying the same thing but no word from Spotify...have these features been removed?

Also, I'm a premium member.

We’re often testing and launching improvements and new features. This means you might see something on the app your friend doesn’t, or get a new feature to try only temporarily. Check out this help article for more info about test features.

We’d also suggest you go to this Live Idea created by other users and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. We always take new ideas and feedback into consideration to improve the app. Here you can read more on how ideas work.

As a heads-up, it's good to know that the higher the number of votes an idea gets, the more likely it is for the idea to be implemented 🙂

Thanks for the reply. I did find 25 pages of posts of users complaining about this same thing that I brought up later last night. Sadly it appears that Spotify doesn't value the input of their paying customers and removed these features back in March and claims it is a test which it is not. I'm not sure if you're a real person or not...I'm guessing not because every reply I've seen from all the moderators on here appears to be BOT REPLIES but if you are I would appreciate a real answer to the problem not a canned response that doesn't help but only makes things worse. I'll be canceling my Spotify paid account at the end of the week if this isn't resolve.
