Windows Desktop mouse scroll speed too fast ELAN trackpad

I have been a premium member for about a year.  I use the Windows desktop on both Windows 8.1 and now Windows 10.

The scroll speed has always been too fast on every Spotify Desktop application I have ever used.

Today I am on the latest 1.014.124 g4dfabc51

ANNOYING.  Fix it already.  I have an Acer Aspire M5-481PT with ELAN trackpad

Just updated to 1.015.133

Same annoying fast scrolling...

One would think that Spotify would be interested in making sure their most WIDELY USED desktop client, Windows worked properly

so true it does not work in full screen cant log in it does not work go back to 1.014

just updated to 1.0.16.104 Windows desktop.  Same annoying fast scroll.
