My Question or Issue

The current Spotify App does not recognize my Spotify Premium Account.

Start of App is not possible 😞

See attached screen shot.

Any ideas? (beside change my mobile)

Thanks for reaching out!
Spotify on Windows Phone is (for better or worse) sadly no longer supported. 
The current versions of the app are no longer designed to work on the platform.

I am seeing the same thing, and I have Premium

 

What's going on? The app was recently working just fine.
