Windows client instantly skips all songs

My Question or Issue

 When I try to play a song, it shows the album cover for a short instant before it goes away and warns me "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it". When I try to play a whole playlist it skips over each song rapidly, showing me 0.2 seconds of album cover before the next one.

It apparently also does it on my iPhone.

I've also already tried disabling Hardware acceleration, crossfade and high quality.
