Windows version does not preserve window size and location on restart

I always move Spotify window to second screen yet on restart it always shows up on primary monitor. This is very annoying.
Windows 11, app installed from Store.

Could you let me know if you're experiencing this problem on a laptop or a desktop?

Windows usually should remember where all of your windows are, however on my end sometimes windows will open on the wrong monitor. However, my Spotify doesn't open on the wrong display every time.

It's neither (Surface Pro) but Windows doesn't care. On Windows it is always the responsibility of the application to save/restore its window state making this a Spotify bug.  Thankfully seems to be fixed in latest version of Spotify.
