Won't play Offline on laptop (premium user)

 I'm a preimium user and I don't get why spotify doesnt play offline on my laptop

Premium user, new laptop, instalate everything but not a premium user anymore.
Strange thing! Paying correctly every month.

I'm having the same problem except I can't access any of my saved music offline but I can use playlists. It's available offline on my phone but not my laptop.

Hey Spotify, would you mine to answer about why I can't listen to my songs on my MacBook offline being a premium user? Creating a separate playlist and copy all music from my Song looks like a stupid workaround and not a real solution...So angry about this.....
