Albums and Artists are empty, Songs, Local files, and podcasts are ok. windows 10 Pro, Premium user

I have a similar problem. Almost all my favorite albums and songs disappeared, leaving me with only a few albums. What's going on?

my full albums stayed in "albums" section, but my albums with only few songs favourited by me disappeared from this section. I still have them liked, but its extremely inconvenient.

my Artists list still shows empty even tho they are in my song list. I just reloaded spotify and now i can't enter a source path for my local  files in settings. the files are there and are playable.
