artist page not working on win 10 (bug)

long time user, LONG time problem 

i have been having this problem for a long time.

i have restated 100s of times.(both) Reinstalled spodfy.exe and spodfy.uwp apps. i have cleared all sopdfy data (app data, user data, local and roaming data, and program data).I have even reinstalled Windows and the problem continues

i use the artist page the most so this is a big problem for me. here is a pic of one time i got it to work on a VM. but that breaks some times to

Could you try reinstalling the app, but making sure to follow the relevant steps listed for your device in this Spotify Answer?

If that doesn't work, can you make sure you've tried downloading both the file on the Spotify website and the one in the Windows Store?
