can not sign in to the application

can not sign in to the application

I moved from Canada to the US, I changed the country in the profile settings, everything was as it should be, but when I log into the application, I still get an error that I'm not in my country and I have to change it in the settings (and I already did it) . error code 408 what should I do?

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your apps? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

You will never get error 408 on an active premium account, so something is not quite right there! 

Can you just double check your subscription is still showing as premium on your profile page and you are logging in using the correct details on your device?
