My Question or Issue
When trying to report a playlist with an offensive title ("I don't like C**k S*ckers" in french) my browser opened with a report link to spotify support

(link to the  playlist: https://open.spotify.com/user/mtunisen/playlist/3uSjg2MpSkvKxg4qzq6V1u?si=f-ufWcozSTe-oq8UQgKhjg

But apart for the favicon and a small pulsing green dot (loader) in the middle of the window, nothing ever loaded, I tried on both chrome and mozilla firefox but both gave me the exact same results. I asked to my friend to try it but he got the same result as me.
Is the reporting system broken ? or am I doing something wrong ?

Hey @Othli

The reporting system seems to work for me, strange that it doesn't work for both of you.

Are you and your friend on a similar network?

I'd suggest clearing cookies/cache and trying an incognito window as well as using another network connection.

I also recommend restarting the router.

It's also possible to report on mobile app, see this article for guidance. 🙂

Let me know how it goes!

Clearing cache seems to have worked. I asked my friend to check out on his side and it worked without having to clear his cache
I tried on the android app before but all it did was redirecting me to the "how to report content" page (same one that you linked)

thanks you for your help
