cannot add song to playlists

My Question or Issue

recently went from free to premium. have spotify on windows desktop and iphone. now when i try and drag and drop a track to playlists on desktop , just get circle with diagonal line through , so will not let me drop it. when i right click track to add track to playlist that way instead (on desktop and iphone) , only 3 playlists listed

Hey @chas500, help's here. 

Is this happening with playlists you created? What your describing usually happens when you try to add a track to a playlist which you're following and which you don't own. Can you double-check that?

Also, if it's a collaborative playlist, check that the owner of the playlist hasn't removed you.
