cant find friend activity

hey! lately i've noticed that my friendctivity has disappeared. i've looked everywhere on the desktop app and online and couldnt find it anywhere. i've checked multiple times that i wasn't on private session, i asked my friend and they told me they see it perfectly fine. please help me as soon as possible, thanks.

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

You can follow these steps to show Friend Activity on your desktop app:

1. In the top-right of the screen, click this icon:
2. Select Settings.
3. Under Display, switch See what your friends are playing on (green instead of grey)

thanks for the reply! i don’t have a “settings” option. i only have my account, a link to my account on the spotify website and a “log out” option.

Can you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your computer? This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
