when i log in xp desktop app it cant login ,and i am in US my profile also is US .
use webplayer also cant log in .

If so, can you please confirm that the account overview says your country is US there please?

Are you using a VPN or anything else that would change your IP address per chance? The IP address location needs to match the account location for spotify free to login.

So when you go to to here it shows the country as US?

yes,US country,but location is california ,my account zip is NY
so i change ZIP code also show same quesions
