cant play any songs on my pc

when i try to start a song it just skips every song i have, and says that i cant play this song cause its not available.

I follow the step describe to reinstall spotify ....

I had the problem on pc. And what i did was reinstalling spotifoy from
microsoft store and then restarted my pc. But if u have the problem on a
phone then i dont know.
