j'utilise l'appli sur mon windows phones depuis plusieurs mois mais du jour au lendemain, quand je veux lancé l'appli, ça charge 2 secondes et je reviens sur l'écran d'accueil de mon portable. j'ai désinstallé spotify et ré-installé mais toujours pareil. Pouvez-vous m'aider??

I use the app on my windows phones for several months but overnight, when I want to launch the app, it charges 2 seconds and I return to the home screen of my laptop. I uninstalled spotify and re-installed but still the same. Can you help me??
