My Question or Issue

Hello. When I discover an artist I like on Spotify I click on the "about the artist" link and then I might copy and cut and paste the information and save it in a Google document, so I can later look up more of their music on Spotify. However, artist names in the "about" section can not be cut and pasted, so I have a document with a bunch of blank spaces in it, where the names of their collaborators should be. I understand there are workarounds of various sorts, but all require numerous steps, and it would be much easier if the entire text could be copied. Thoughts?

We appreciate the enthusiasm about the artists and their stories. It's indeed not possible to copy text from the app, but you can at least copy the bios from the web player. As for the artist names, song titles, etc. consider checking out this idea. If it's what you're looking for, vote for it to show your support and share it around to help it gain traction. If the feature you'd like to see is different, feel free to submit it to the Ideas board yourself.
