[desktop] Spotfy lowers the volume of other programs

My Question or Issue

Every time I play some games or even open other programs while the spotfy is open it automatically lowers the volume of other applications to almost zero. I have to leave the volume of the spotfy in the medium pro minimum and still the other programs are low volume. This problem has been occurring since last month (05/2019).
