My Question or Issue

 so, I have a system of listening to music that I go by, so I go through three different playlists every day about, but whenever I switch from my computer to my phone or vice versa the playlists reshuffles, occasionally this doesn't happen even when the shuffle option is turned on when switching devices, how do i fix this.

Just to confirm, by "reshuffle", do you mean that the songs are shuffled from the beginning so that you might hear a song that you've already heard before again?

Are you using the Connect feature when switching from PC to phone and vice versa? If so, could you open the queues on both devices and check that they are the same (while also having the shuffle function on)?
