STEPS TO RECREATE:

1. Go to the online contact form.

2. click on the button to close the form

3. confirm closing by clicking "yes"

Actual result: form closed

Expected Result: nothing has happened

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

We tried on our end and it was closed without trouble. Could you let us know exactly at which point you're trying to close it and it isn't closing? A screenshot would come in handy to have a better understanding.

It's also worth trying on a different browser and/or using incognito mode.

We'll be on the lookout.
