downloaded my playlist onto my computer but it's all seperate files with weird numbering

I'm on the 7 day free trial premium thing and just downloaded my playlist to my computer but when I check it out, they're all in seperate files and all numbers no song names or anything, like the screen shot below.

is there anyway to fix it or can it be fixed? I have Windows 7.

This is happening to me also on Windows 10 Please help I'd like to be able to play my music while offline. Thank you!

This is its format for the "offline" folder. I guess it's encrypted and of course only the Spotify app should read it.

My issue is that I cannot change that default folder!
