followed user disappeared in the right side of recently played songs

spotify desktop app.

in the right side, where the recently played songs by my followed frineds are listed, one of friend disappeared.

We first checked together that all the relevant flags in the privacy settings were ok.

I have also re-installed Spotify on my laptop. ... still missing.

Anyone with a different idea ?
