i can't hear the audio on my spotify desktop

i can't hear the audio on my spotify desktop but when i connect a bluetooth device to my PC, the audio will work via the bluetooth device.
I use a windows 11
The spotify version i have is 1.200.1165.0

So your Spotify audio works only if a Bluetooth audio device is connected?

It work when i connect external device, it can play via bluetooth or a web service. But when i want i don't have any device connected, i can't hear anything and it will be playing but no sounds.

I have tried clean install, reinstall, cleared cache, updated firewall, updated the app, i have tried every solution possible but i still get the same result.

Are you on Windows 10 or 11? Or Mac?

If Windows, is Spotify turned up in your volume mixer? If it is, try clicking the reset button at the bottom of that page.

Windows can have some weird/buggy volume behavior sometimes.

They sure do, I had a boring day at the office yesterday because i couldnt use bluetooth speakers at the office. Now i'm back.

I don't know what I'd do without Spotify. Spotify is basically my life lol.

Been a user since mid-2015 and have accumulated 2,469 songs and counting in my Liked Songs

I joined just last year April, and i am glad i hopped on it. 

1. i get to save space on my storage all i need to do is stream

2. i get reminder for my liked podcasts

3. it creates playlist based on my most searched or played songs

Don't you just love Spotify.
