i cannot play any nirvana song on spotify and songs are not grayed out.

when i try to play a nirvana song by pressing play button on the left side the play button turns itself to pause button again and app says "this song is not available". the media bar just looks like in the attachment. as i said in the title songs are not grayed out. i tried reinstalling the spotify it didnt work. by the way i can play those song on web player and my android phone. i'm using windows 10. need some help 😕

Hey @q-zey

There's an issue with a random patch of artists (Metallica, Oasis, Portishead, Katy Perry, to name a few) that have become unplayable with the latest update. It affects both PC and Android devices.

It's currently being looked into, this Issue thread will have updates on it as soon as it gets figured out. 🙂

The web player (open.spotify.com) has no issues;

everything is playable on an older client;

everything is playable under a new account.

Hopefully this gets sorted out soon!
