I recently installed Spotify again on the PC but no songs appear in my favorites or on the Spotify playlist.

It seems you might be in the wrong account that has no history of use, maybe the email address you entered is attached to another account, and you're unaware of it.  If you're paying for Premium, it's best to contact support for further help. 

You can also try different log in methods and see if any of those lead you to your main account. 

There are a few ways to sign up, ex. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account.

Do you get the same behavior on the web player? Have you tried clean reinstalling the Spotify app? 

Just to make sure we understood you correctly - it's only your Liked songs and your Spotify-created playlists that are empty, right? Please provide as much details and screenshots as possible so we can better understand the issue.

The problem was that no song appeared, either from my playlist or from any other, in the same way I solved it after formatting the PC,thanks also for the help
