listen songs no page of artist and songs likés

My Question or Issue

When i listen a songs a page of artist for example Mozart : but Is not listen the songs. the section of control to music to grey.

We'd recommend you do a clean reinstall of the app. Please follow the steps from this Spotify Guide.

If after that the Now Playing buttons are still grayed out when you start listening to an artist, let us know if this happens on every artist or just Mozzart.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Right Now, I'm coming to listen of page to artist and title liked the guilty is RAM of my computer.

I reinstall yesterday spotify and after i successful a updates for  version 1.1.53.608.

If the buttons in the Now Playing View are still grayed out, we'd recommend you try logging in with a different account. You can ask a friend/ family member to log in with theirs or create a free test account. 

If everything works fine on the new account, you can follow this Guide to transfer your music collection over.
