my spotify wont work with my new headphones (pc)

my Spotify app wont work with my new headphones on pc, ive deleted and downloaded spotify over 6 times now on the microsoft store and on the spotify website. my headphones work every where else but spotify. there is a actual problem with the app and not my device or headphone. please help

Could you let us know the make & model of your new headphones and if you're using a cable or Bluetooth to connect them to the desktop device? I'm also curious if you have any other headphones you can test this with and if the new headphones will work with any other Spotify device.

Another thing to check would be the Volume Mixer settings - go to your taskbar and search for the Speaker icon. Right-click on it and select the Volume Mixer to see if Spotify's volume is turned down when you're using your headphones:
