não consigo ouvir músicas no aplicativo, diz que: "O Spotify não consegue tocar isso no momento. Se você tiver o arquivo no computador é possível importá-lo.

Can you let us know if you're receiving this message while you're trying to play a local file track? 

If that's the case - it's worth mentioning that the way local files work has changed recently. The synchronization between files from PC and your mobile devices over the network is no longer available. The audio file, that you want to play within the app, needs to be physically present on your device's storage in order to be played by Spotify. You have to download it. Easiest way to do that is via USB - you can connect your phone to your PC and copy the files that you want to listen. 

If that's not the case, you can try performing a clean reinstall of the app. This one is more thorough than the regular one as it'll remove any outdated files that might be causing issues and it'll get you the latest version so you don't miss out any fixes.
