open up and its just a black screen

My Question or Issue

 Opened spotify on my computer and the screen was all black. I closed it and tried to re open it and it wouldnt even open up i kept getting a pop up saying it wasnt responsive. I hard shut it down through task manager and tried again and had the same issue. I then uninstalled it from my computer and tried to reinstall it only to get a pop up saying it couldnt be downloaded so im not sure what to do and its really frustrating.

I had a Similar issue for most of yesterday, reinstalled twice and eventually it settled down. Are you using the store or web download? I found the web version worked better for me! No real answer I'm afraid, it just started working again? Not good enough really!
