playlist download offline

whene i have a playlist downloaded  the name and the albumart of the playlist it doesnt show, instead it search on the internet to try find the name of the playlist. This happens when is offline.

@user-removed - Does the same thing happen if you manually trigger File > Offline Mode? I think it is waiting for a connection since Error 4 is normally only temporary.

I did what you recommended but the same thing keeps happening,
