playlistfolder duplicated and randoml paylist show up

Hi,

It's couple of week I'd this problem

some of my folder playlist were duplicated and if I select duplicated in bottom the original one will selected and I've fear if remove duplicated folder the original folder will remove

there're some playlist with title of loading and every time click on them show some random playlist of mine

and I can't properly move play list and folder, they just end up somewhere else on unknown pattern like"Noir-Jazz"

I even unistall spotify and delete all appdata folder and install it agaain

is there any way to fix it?
