podcast not updated and new released tracks unplayable

My desktop app is not really updated even though it updates automatically. all my followed podcast only have lastest episodes from Jan 2019, new released tracks do not play even though they are not greyed out, and I only get 4 tracks from discover weekly. Everything works on my iphone app normally and this has been going on with the desktop application for a few months.

its not only podcast though even songs on the new releases section from browse cant play.

I have deleted and re installed spotify on my PC and it seemed to have fixed the problem temporaly. except the problem cam back a few days later where I couldnt play a new released album (ATEGNATOS by eluveitie) , The whold album plays fine on my iphone app but is unable to play on my desktop app even with the songs not greyed out.
