Would you mind sharing some more details with us? Is the Now Playing Bar stuck if you're playing on your Windows device from a phone for example? Are you using Bluetooth or the Connect feature?

It'd be very helpful if you could even share some screenshots with us and you can attach them via the Insert Image option in the post editor.
