"Create New Station" button missing

When going to the Radio tab, there is no Create New Station button as this guide says there should be:

1. Click Radio.
2. Click CREATE NEW STATION.
3. Enter a track, artist, or playlist, then select it to get started.

"

It's just a list of suggested stations from artists that I sometimes listen to.

Spotify is often testing and launching improvements and new features. When they’re testing, you may see something on the app your friend doesn’t, or get a new feature for only a temporary period.

Make sure you don't miss a thing by enabling automatic updates on your device. Positive developments will eventually make it to all devices!

Some features might be removed temporarily for various reasons, as in this case.

I also miss this one, and I hope Spotify bring it back soon.
