The "Discovered On" section in the artists About section has always been a form of discovering new Playlists.
Recently, I've noticed that with some artists, the playlists are either "Spotify Only" branded or completely removed all together - or is just one playlist (a Spotify branded one). Yeah I noticed this too.. Spotify trying to hide user playlists probably to make more money on their own
Yeah same here...
Cmon Spotify!
Yeah, I can't really see a logical pattern. Some artists don't have this "issue" others only show 1 - 5 official lists and some even have none active.
I know artists can't change those in their profiles, so it kind of feels like a bug. Not sure...
My guess is that if artist has bigger following and more plays then they hide user playlist and only show Spotify propoganda playlists.
It probably kicks off at something like 15K monthly listeners.
Anyone heard anything about this?
I believe this was some kind of UI bug. As I noticed that everything is as it was again.
